Hello Creativity Club, this is Matt H. from the Festivals office in Marketing at LCCC. As you might know, LCCC’s annual Family Fest is right around the corner. On Saturday, September 8, 2007 from Noon to 6 p.m. LCCC’s campus will be filled with plenty of entertainment, food, and activities for all to enjoy. Being an integral part of our campus community and local community as your group is, the marketing festivals committee is looking for your group to contribute to this big occasion. We are looking for any kind of activities in which give the kids and/or their families something fun to do. If there is any ideas, or thoughts you might have in regards to helping at this big event, please feel free to express them. If your group has any interest, please email me at mhyla@lorainccc.edu or call 366-4758 and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks so much, I hope to hear from you soon.

First, the forum and the news systems still work. The problem is that the news system updating program is flawed, so thus do not modify or delete news or else the system will need work done to it. In addition, due to spammers abusing the forum's registration, I had to disabled it. Now only the administrator can add users.

Second, there are new officers as of Spring 2007. Check out the Officers page for details.

Ciao!

Photography Members,

If you like taking photos and one-hundred dollars, then you will like the 2006 North Coast Calendar Photo Contest. There are twelve months that need photos and those who get on the calendar get a $100 Bond, a long-term investment. Bonds are normally a year long, I am unsure when it could be cashed in. You can pick up a Rules & Regulations sheet at the club cubical.

If you may or may not be able to notice, this site has moved as of October 10. We are now hosted by the college. I will be giving up the reigns of the club at the end of this semester and Bryan has already resigned. If you are interested in taking over, let me know.

We will be doing only two more events this semester:
October 23 - Haunted Tunnels with GTS, Anime & Radio.
December Sometime - Holiday Party with Anime & Radio.

Expect some domain downtime sometime before the end of the year as it switches to the college's control. You can also reach this site at: http://www.lcccstudentlife.com/creativity/

Howdy all,

It is the end of the semester and other than a single fundraiser and meeting, this club has not gotten very far. Why you may ask? Well, because the members of this club are members of other clubs.

President Anthony H. (Me) I just completed recording an entire season of Politically Crowded. You can look into P.C. and into V.P. Bryan G.'s show by going to the "Duck Radio" link on the sidebar.

V.P. Bryan G. now does the weekday evening show at the college radio station. P.C. is its weekend evening counterpart.

Sarah P. is Vice-President Elect of the Student Senate, she starts on May 22 as V.P.

Sandy M. is Executive Secretary Elect of the Student Senate, she starts on May 22 as E.S.

Desiree D. is Event Co-ordinator Elect of the Student Senate, she starts on May 22 as E.C.

There are countless others, but these are the success stories that come to mind off the top of my head.

There may be an event underwritten by this club for a non-profit organization. The event would be held at the college this summer. There may be details later if it comes to fruition.

Hopefully in the fall, or maybe during the summer, more articles and information may come so check back soon!

We are always looking for talented individuals who like to write or draw. We are trying to get a printed magazine going with Action Figure Press (http://www.afpress.com/). The magazine would host content from this website as well as their own.

Spring Fling starts on the week of April 26, we will have a booth and offer four game giveaways. Monday through Thursday if at all possible. That is some money in the club account.

Student Senate elections are April 27 - 29 and only via the Internet at the http://www.lorainccc.edu/ website.

Finals are coming up, starting May 6 to May 18.

Thank you!

By Anthony H. Politically Crowded Tuesday, February 17, 2004
News

Contact Print
Politically Crowded is a radio program recorded at Lorain County Community College on select Mondays. Currently the programs are recorded in the television studio in the Learning Resources building. The program is produced by the LCCC Radio Club. http://www.lc3radio.com/

The program is political, of course, but also real, amaturishly comedic and fun. At the time of this posting two episodes had been completed and a full season of 13 episodes was in the plans.

I would like a studio audience myself. We have some good laughs a laughtrack could not simulate accurately. While the show is not meant for kids, we do curb the bad language and try not to be too graphic. Watch out for the F and A bombs.

Feel free to check the "P.C. Schedule" link on the sidebar to check out the schedule. As of this post, episodes three and four will be merged into episode three, so episode four will now be the anime episode.

Thank you for visiting and ciao!
