President
Sarah Perrigan
Year in School: 4th (Ashland)
Major: Early Childhood Intervention Specialist

"Last year I was the Vice President of Student Senate."

Offices and memberships I have held: President of Chess Club: 2002-2003; PTK Vice President of Fellowship: 2003-2004; LCCC Duck Radio Assistant PD: 2005-2006.

Future Plans: I will be graduating Ashland in December of 2006. I hope to find a job as an Elementary Special Eduation Teacher.

Amanda Roos
Year in School: 4th
Major: Art

"I joined Student Senate to help in the unification of Student Life. My goal is to get clubs to work together on a more regular basis making Student Life an even more inviting place for students."

Offices and memberships I have held: Secretary and President in LCCC's Role Players Association and held the position of Secretary in Anime Society. I have also worked at Nordson Corporation's Machining Shop in Amherst for the past two summers in their college student program for family members of Nordson employees.

Future Plans: I will be graduating with my Associates of the Arts in May of 2006. I plan to pursue a career in graphics design or machining, both of which are an art form in my eyes.

Future Plans: Graduate with a bachelors in business and open my own buisness.

"I joined Senate to make my college experience as well rounded as possible. I wanted to gain real world experience."

Future Plans: I plan to join the Kent State program in business management. I plan on pursuing a business career.

Major: Library Sciences

"Joing Student Senate was probably inevitable. In the past I have been involved in some capacity with the Anime Society of LCCC, the Radio Club, and the Psychology Club; plus annual events like FamilyFest and Special Olympics. I am familiar with the enviroment in Student Life and I hope this can work to my advantage."

Future Plans: I am seriously interested in pursuing Kent State's Masters in Library Sciences.
